After a recruiter conversation, I later joined an interview that was mostly conversational and strongly tied to my resume. We started with the usual introductions, then I walked through my project work and the technologies I’d used. I also got asked to explain full-stack development in simple terms, and we spent time discussing the online assessment I’d already taken.
The coding portion of that online assessment stayed at an approachable level for someone solid on fundamentals: it focused on basic problem-solving plus arrays and strings. I remember feeling a little nervous since it was my first interview, but the interviewer was professional and easy to talk to. They kept pulling me back to how I approached the work—what I built, why I made certain choices, and how confident I felt explaining it.

Difficult Neutral India
My hiring journey felt tough mainly because the structure was relentless. The first round was coding, then there was a group discussion, and the final round was a technical interview.
It came across as very hard in the moment, but the way things played out still felt a bit contradictory—like the steps were intimidating at first, and then the difficulty ended up being more manageable than the initial framing suggested. I didn’t share much beyond that, but the pattern stayed consistent across the process.
