I had a straightforward run of interviews where they clearly communicated what each stage would involve. The only thing that bothered me was how late the salary conversation came. Salary discussions were pushed until the end of the process, even though that felt like something you really need to know early on to evaluate whether the role fits.

After I finished the recorded video portion, I expected the next step to be straightforward, but the scheduling and accommodations part of the process felt messy from the start. I had emailed the local team about my neurodivergence and anxiety, asking whether I could have questions in advance, bring notes, and whether there would be a way to account for slower responses. They replied with confusing details about extra time and said I couldn’t get questions in advance, but they also confirmed I could take notes.
What really threw me off was how they handled the call-based adjustment. They told me to switch to a call by saying I would do it during the recorded video section, but the email didn’t clearly say where I’d need to contact them to actually schedule that call. After my assessment was done, I emailed again to confirm I had followed their instructions and suggested specific availability, including a clear preferred time. They didn’t respond at all, and when the agreed day came, I sat waiting with nothing happening. Eventually they reached out to reschedule, but the timing didn’t line up with what I had communicated, and it took a bit of back-and-forth to get it clarified.
