My process started with a recruiter conversation to confirm my background and interest, and then it moved into a technical interview that was delivered over Zoom. Across the conversations, the questions felt aligned with the role and were generally structured in a way that made it easier to follow what was being asked.
The vibe wasn’t perfectly smooth though. At moments, the interviewer seemed visibly frustrated when I couldn’t get my answer across clearly, and that made the technical part feel more tense than it otherwise would have. Still, the overall feedback felt “reasonable,” and in a separate step I also experienced a very organized flow—clear scheduling, responsive HR, and a recruiter who handled coordination well.

Easy Positive Pune
My interview started with a recruiter/HR-style connect where I was evaluated on fit and basic alignment, and that short stage set up the rest of the process. After that I went into a sequence that felt fairly well defined: a technical interview, then a managerial discussion, and finally an HR conversation centered on fit and next steps.
What I noticed most was the structure of the questioning. The technical portion pulled in role-relevant areas and wasn’t presented like a random collection of trivia. By the time I reached the managerial conversation, it felt less about throwing coding problems back at me and more about understanding how I approached work and how I’d collaborate.
