My interview was refreshingly straightforward. I was asked about my background and sales experience, and the recruiter and interviewer both kept the conversation focused on behavioral-style questions rather than anything overly technical. There was also a sales role-play component, but it didn’t dominate the whole process.
What made it feel easy was the clarity of what they were checking: whether I could explain myself well, and whether I understood the platform and product well enough to talk about them naturally. I didn’t feel like I needed extensive preparation—mostly I just had to be ready to speak clearly and know the basics of what Outreach does.

Average Neutral Mexico
My experience started the usual way: I applied online, got a screening call, and then progressed to a first interview with the hiring manager. The overall process felt fairly smooth and not overly drawn out, and it didn’t give off the impression that anything was being rushed.
After that initial hiring-manager conversation, the process moved forward in a more standard “multiple conversations” structure. I went through several rounds that included meetings with potential peers and then returned to leadership again for a final screen with the hiring manager. The format stayed professional and balanced, and the conversations revolved around my sales experience and how I communicated in a practical, role-relevant way.
