I started with a recruiter screening call, and it quickly moved me into the main interview track. The process ran for about two months end to end, with a noticeable pause for the holidays that stretched the timeline. Once things resumed, I sat through three interviews that all felt fairly conversational rather than overly formal, and each conversation lasted roughly 30–45 minutes.
Across the stages, the focus landed on behavioral questions, plus a presentation segment. I had to give a presentation on a topic of my choice, and the discussion around it was interactive, pulling in multiple interviewers depending on the round—sometimes three, sometimes four people. The whole experience felt structured enough to know what was coming, but still relaxed in delivery.

Average Negative Madrid
I was approached on LinkedIn with an interview request, and I actually rearranged my schedule to make myself available. The process felt on track until the day of the interview when everything flipped—just five minutes before the call, it was canceled because my profile didn’t match the role.
What bothered me most was that the organization was the one that initiated the outreach and set the process in motion. Once they canceled that close to the scheduled time, I felt like the method didn’t make sense and that I’d been pulled into something that wasn’t really validated.
