My process started with an OA/take-home style assessment and then moved into additional rounds. The overall theme was that the coding work was intertwined with AI usage: I had assignments where AI integration was part of the expected output, and later I had to explain how I used AI during a recent project, including the parts where I prompted and how I applied the results.
I also had rounds where I had to show a personal project in a 1:1 conversation, and those questions were mostly AI related rather than traditional software engineering coverage. The difficulty felt manageable early on, but the process still dragged on for several rounds.

Difficult Neutral United States
My interview journey started with a tough technical round that combined system design and coding concurrency-style thinking. I was asked to solve a system design problem about maintaining a running median from stock prices using a sliding window, and then I had to build a thread-safe LRU cache.
The difficulty genuinely surprised me in the middle of the round, but I got a small boost of momentum because the LRU cache piece was close to one I had practiced earlier. After that technical challenge, I moved into a behavioral interview where I discussed past projects and how I worked with others.

Distilled from the reports
Online Assessment (OA)
The interview process begins with a proctored online assessment that typically includes a mix of data structures and algorithms (DSA), SQL, and Bash scripting tasks. Candidates often find the Bash portion particularly challenging due to its strict instructions and time constraints.
