The recruiter call felt smooth and supportive, and I could do the rest of the process online or in person based on availability. A short while later I had a communication check on an online platform (Versant), and once that cleared I moved into a managerial round. The overall format stayed pretty straightforward, and the team interaction felt friendly throughout.
That said, scheduling ended up being the most frustrating part. I was told to report in the evening, but the Versant test didn’t start until much later, and the managerial conversation also ran past the expected time. They also mentioned an aptitude test that I had to complete after both rounds, which meant waiting around longer than I expected. By the time everything finished, it was around midnight, so even though the interviews themselves were quick, the whole day stretched out.

Average Positive India
My journey started with a general HR-style introduction, and after that it quickly moved into practical checks—mostly to verify communication and stability at an agent/intermediate level. I had a sense that the process was meant to be approachable: I was asked straightforward questions to understand how I worked and how I spoke, rather than anything overly tricky or obscure.
In the later stage, the tone turned more technical. I was asked to explain work I’d done before, and then I had to handle a few SQL queries. The technical discussion also went into optimization thinking—things like SQL optimization and how I’d approach optimization in the context of data flows. They also touched on domain knowledge at a level that connected directly to the kind of data/ETL work I’d be involved in, plus a bit of Python and EDA-style thinking.
