The process dragged on much longer than I expected and didn’t feel particularly organized. I went through a standard recruiter screen and then multiple additional phone screens before finally reaching an onsite. The recruiter and subsequent interview steps made it seem like progress was happening, but overall it felt tedious and drawn out.
By the time I got through to the onsite stage, I was tired of the pacing and the repetition. Nothing about the format felt like it was converging toward clarity or a smooth decision, and the experience didn’t leave a good impression. I didn’t receive an offer, and I remember thinking that for someone looking for a straightforward, efficient interview journey, this one wasn’t worth the time.

After a recruiter conversation, I ended up doing a technical screening where the focus was on a coding problem that felt very “standard” for interviews—something like a tree traversal—and then a short follow-up on how I’d improve the algorithm’s efficiency. The interviewer kept the conversation moving, and even though the core question wasn’t unfamiliar, the additional optimization questions made me slow down and think more carefully about complexity.
A little later, I ran into a more difficult assessment that ended up being decisive. I was given an online coding assignment with multiple questions and a lot of emphasis on graph traversal style logic. I got tripped up on hidden tests for one of the tasks, and that’s what kept me from advancing. Overall, the vibe felt like the process was straightforward but very score-driven: if the hidden cases didn’t go my way, it didn’t matter how well I understood the approach.

Technical Assessments
Candidates faced a variety of technical assessments, including online coding tests and live coding interviews, often focusing on standard algorithmic problems like tree traversals and graph logic. The difficulty level generally increased with each round, and some candidates felt the assessments were heavily score-driven with little room for error.

Behavioral & Cultural Fit
Behavioral interviews were a part of the process, often using STAR-style questions to assess candidates' teamwork and problem-solving approaches. The overall tone of these interactions varied, with some candidates experiencing a more supportive environment while others felt the interviewers were disengaged.

Pair Programming & Real-World Tasks
Several candidates participated in pair programming exercises that mimicked real-world engineering tasks, such as debugging existing code. This format was appreciated for its practical approach but also added pressure as it required candidates to think on their feet.
