My process started feeling rough from the beginning. I had multiple technical questions that were described as medium LeetCode-style, but the bigger problem wasn’t just the difficulty—it was the way the interview experience felt overall. I also ran into a level of rudeness from senior leadership, and it made the process emotionally exhausting.
What stood out most was that I was asked the same questions twice, but placed into different parts of the process. That repetition didn’t help me at all; it just dragged the timeline out. Altogether it took about three and a half hours, and by the end I felt like the process was less about evaluating me fairly and more about forcing outcomes. I didn’t get the offer, and honestly the biggest takeaway was how unfriendly it felt toward newer employees and how much the process seemed shaped by management expectations rather than my strengths.

Average Positive Bengaluru
My interview process was four rounds. The first two were technical interviews, then the third moved into a managerial or directorial discussion, and the final round was with HR.
I expected the last conversations to be mostly fit and logistics, and that’s basically how it went—HR asked about my expected compensation and then shifted into behavioral questions. I’d say the process felt pretty standard in structure overall: technical first, then leadership fit, then HR. I didn’t get an offer, but the sequence itself was clear and orderly, and the rounds mapped well to what they were trying to evaluate.
