I started with an HR screening and then moved into a technical and analytical discussion. The questions felt very specialist and I could tell they were probing across everything I’d listed on my resume, not just a narrow slice. I remember feeling like I was expected to already know the full set of requirements for the role, and that mismatch threw me off a bit because I hadn’t realized everything they would dig into.
After that initial screening, the interview flow leaned heavily toward problem-solving and core business analysis: data interpretation, how I thought through ambiguous information, and whether I could explain my reasoning clearly. The process felt formal enough to be serious, but the interviewer stayed professional and helped outline what the role involved. Even so, the overall difficulty landed as hard because the questions were detailed and it was hard to gauge what they wanted until I was already answering.

Average Negative United Kingdom
I got pulled in for a relatively small interview sequence—first a virtual conversation with the hiring manager, then another call with a team leader focused on the specific role. The discussions themselves felt relaxed and straightforward, and I walked away thinking the momentum was good and that there was a genuine chance.
After the second conversation, though, the process turned into radio silence. I waited for updates and never got anything back—not even a clear rejection. The timeline was frustrating too; I kept expecting an answer after what felt like a decent fit, and instead it became a couple weeks of nothing.
