My process was pretty long and ended up feeling oddly disconnected across rounds. I started with an OA and then went into a run of interviews where each person asked basically the same types of questions, but the interviewers didn’t really coordinate with each other. Between interviews, there wasn’t much communication, so the experience felt repetitive instead of building in a thoughtful way.
Eventually, the process led to a project presentation where I had to present something from my past with minimal guidance on what they were specifically looking for. The rounds themselves were manageable and I didn’t find them overly hard, but the overall flow was frustrating because it didn’t feel like there was a clear thread. I also remember salary being discussed at the end, which made the whole situation feel tense if expectations weren’t aligned.

Average Negative United Kingdom
The first step for me was an online screen using an invasive testing tool. The questions were not hard technically, but the way they were worded was confusing and seemed open to multiple interpretations. It also felt unfair in how the phrasing landed depending on someone’s background, and that bothered me enough that I told the hiring manager.
After that, I had the next part of the process involving an interview stage that didn’t feel welcoming. The interviewers seemed disengaged and the questions felt forced rather than genuinely conversational. I was trying to engage, but their attention didn’t match my answers, and the whole vibe felt uncomfortable, like the goal was to “tick boxes” instead of assess me seriously. Even though they mentioned moving to a second stage, it didn’t really progress, and the experience left me feeling deeply uneasy about how I was being evaluated.
