My overall experience felt fairly easy. Most of what I got asked was general, and the interviews leaned heavily toward discussion rather than deep technical questioning. The conversations focused on how I thought and communicated.
I didn’t hit any big surprises, and I left feeling like the main requirement was being comfortable with standard consulting behavioral questions alongside basic technical concepts.

Difficult Negative Germany
I went into the process expecting consulting-style conversations, and it mostly stayed that way: discussions about my past work, then progressively deeper dives into the implementation side of the projects I’d done. I was asked to talk through current and prior projects and explain how they connected to the role, and the interviewer then pushed into technology-related questions and specific terms—more technical than I expected given the overall framing.
At one point I was introduced to a structured assessment flow: there was an interview portion where they asked me to generate ideas around a given project, and the whole session lasted about an hour. The experience wasn’t uniformly pleasant—one interviewer came across as unfriendly, but the rest felt much more normal and constructive. I also remember that at least once a case popped up inside a process that I’d been led to believe would be more straightforward, which threw me off for a moment.
