After an online test, I got called for a manager interview. The manager told me he hadn’t read my CV beforehand and felt my profile aligned better with a different team. Even so, he still gave me a case and said I should keep going and continue interviewing with the next team. What threw me off was the disconnect: my recruiter had already routed my CV to a team that found my experience less relevant, and I ended up doing an extra first step that felt unnecessary. I declined the second interview after that.
In another run with the same kind of mismatch, I made it through two interviews and was told I was moving forward—then right before the third, I was told I couldn’t proceed because the position had been filled internally. It was hard not to feel like the process had been dragging me through steps without a clear need for my participation, especially after things already went positively up to that point.

Average Positive New York, NY
My process felt fairly structured and a lot of it centered on fit and communication rather than heavy technical grilling. I started with a short HR check where they asked basic information and focused on English. After that, I had an online test to check analytical skills.
Later, I went into interviews with people from my division. One part was very behavioral with questions that were straightforward, and another round leaned on presenting something I had to prepare: I was expected to create a short presentation on a groundbreaking technology. The content I prepared was about technologies used to enhance supply chain operations, and the format felt like a clean, defined exercise rather than an open-ended discussion. Another interview day also included a group component and a solo interview, and there was even free lunch and snacks, which made the long sitting feel easier.
