What is a QA Engineer at ACA Compliance Group?
As a QA Engineer (often titled internally as a Quality Assurance Consultant or QA Analyst) at ACA Compliance Group, you are the critical second line of defense in our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) operations. You are not debugging software code; rather, you are engineering trust, compliance, and audit-readiness across complex financial ecosystems. Your work directly supports investor onboarding and lifecycle management, ensuring that global financial operations remain secure, compliant, and transparent.
Your impact in this role is profound. By performing independent, detailed Data Quality Control (DQC) and file reviews, you protect both ACA Compliance Group and our clients from severe regulatory risks. You will navigate intricate investor structures, validate entity verifications, and assess Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) against stringent regulatory expectations spanning the U.S., Luxembourg, and the Cayman Islands.
This position demands a unique blend of analytical rigor, regulatory fluency, and unwavering professional integrity. You will operate in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment where your independent judgments carry significant weight. Whether you are identifying documentation gaps, validating risk classifications, or driving continuous improvements in our DQC execution, your expertise will directly shape the integrity of the global financial markets we serve.
