At NotionFlow, a B2B workflow SaaS company with 18,000 paying customers, you are the program manager for the Platform team. The company has committed to three Q3 initiatives: SSO for mid-market customers, an audit log feature required for two enterprise renewals, and a billing migration to support annual contracts in Europe. All three are valuable, but the same engineering and security teams are required for each.

Key Stakeholders

The VP of Sales wants audit logs first to protect $1.8M in renewals. The Head of Growth wants the billing migration before quarter-end to unlock an estimated $900K ARR in Europe. The CTO wants SSO launched to reduce competitive gaps and support the long-term roadmap. Security and Legal will not approve any launch that skips required reviews.

Constraints

You have 10 weeks left in the quarter, a fixed team of 6 engineers, 1 designer, 1 QA lead, and shared access to 2 security engineers who can only support 20 hours per week. The remaining delivery budget is $120,000, including vendor testing and compliance review. Estimated effort is: SSO = 18 engineer-weeks, Audit Logs = 14 engineer-weeks, Billing Migration = 20 engineer-weeks. At most two projects can run in parallel because the same backend lead is needed on all three. Missing the enterprise renewal deadline in Week 8 risks immediate revenue loss.
