NotionFlow is a B2B SaaS collaboration product used by teams to create projects, assign tasks, and share documents. Product managers say they can see top-line signups, but they cannot tell whether new accounts are actually adopting core workflows or where adoption breaks down.
In the last quarter, weekly signups increased from 12,000 to 15,500 (+29%), but the percentage of new workspaces that complete the core setup flow within 14 days fell from 46% to 39%. Day-30 retained workspaces among new cohorts also declined from 34% to 28%. At the same time, average weekly active users rose from 82,000 to 88,000, creating confusion about whether product adoption is improving or worsening. The VP of Product wants a dashboard suite that helps PMs track adoption across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention, and quickly diagnose whether issues are driven by specific user segments, product surfaces, or onboarding steps.
