The math portion was a HackerRank-style test with rapid-fire mental math and then a sequences section—both tightly paced, with the whole thing taking minutes rather than hours. I had 30 days allocated for each OA, so it wasn’t a frantic same-day sprint, but the questions themselves pushed speed and accuracy.
Right after that, I moved into a Vidcruiter video interview. The format leaned on me walking through my thinking as I went, and it didn’t feel like a “just answer it” situation. I also did another online assessment that combined a small set of video prompts with timed math and reasoning questions, where I had to not only give the answer but explain how I arrived there under the clock. The follow-through to that assessment was still technical.
